Random GW2 Moments : Tomme and his pets. Do you know Tomme in Lion's Arch ? He's a pretty chill guy, watching the sea with his cat, casually talking to him. Thing is, as a ranger, you can actually charm his cat (because he's a lynx. If you do this, Tomme's Cat will de facto leave Tomme forever, and that leaves us with Tomme crying his heart out

Written by: Namaria US-Mug’thol Many players want to stand out with something unique that other players will notice and admire. Most players go for noncombat companions or mounts, but for Hunters, it’s fun to find and use a pet that many players may not know about or don’t want to put the time or effort into taming. Perfect World and GW2 both have robust pet systems where most pets can only be acquired by taming them in the wild, they level up, and acquire different skills. The both have a huge number of possible pets, and each one is usually unique at doing something special. PW has attack pets, crowd control pets, melee and ranged pets. Beast Taming is possible with Giselle's ability Tame Beast. The ability has a range of 3 and will taunt the target beast. It can be used to tame any beast (besides Draki) of rank Epic rank or lower. With the Mastery Monster Taming, you can tame beasts of rank Legendary or lower.

The reason you won't see pets grow (at least in size) is to avoid the confusion of the silhouettes of enemies on the screen. If you keep them small it's easier to determine which is yours. Now if they could be customized or evolve to look different, then there could be room for growth. That'd be neat. 1.
Don't let them confuse you; these drakes are dangerous. Juvenile Reef Drakes are amphibious pets that can be charmed by rangers . Reef drake pets use the following skills . Bite. Bite a foe with your jaws. Chomp. Bite a foe and gain health . Tail Swipe. Attack all surrounding foes with a tail swipe.

Here's several ways that you can use stealth with smokescale: Drop smokefield -> Greatsword #3 (leap finisher) while in the field. Drop smokefield -> swap pets for Lesser Call of the Wild (blast finisher) for AoE stealth while in field. Drop smokefield -> Hammer #5 (blast finisher) for Aoe Stealth while in field.
