As per your description, the "Microsoft respects your privacy" windows keeps showing up when you chose "No, don't send optional data" in Outlook. When testing from our side we found we can reproduce the same situation that keeping getting "Microsoft respects your privacy" window if we choose the No option.

In reply to RicardoAndré1's post on January 15, 2022. If it is licenced correctly with the licence provided by Asus then you don't need to buy a new licence. Have you checked to be sure it is still Windows 11 Home edition. If so open PowerShell (Admin) and enter slmgr /dlv [press return] and check the licence channel, it should be OEM.
